I few weeks ago I had a powerful experience. I was invited into the home of a woman my age. She had kids my age and her life looked a lot like mine except that in her front room she had an American flag prominently displayed inside a glass case.
I realized that since her husband gave his life in defense of our country her life was drastically different. I was touched beyond words. To those of you who have a husband serving I just wanted to say that we appreciate your sacrifice.
